Acceptance on a NIPA course is by audition only.

Auditions are held in the Winter and Spring terms, for the following September.

We may be able to accept students at a later date; please do contact us for further details.

Audition Day

On Audition Day, please arrive at 9.30am.

Parents and guardians may choose to stay for 15mins to attend a talk about the course (depending on government guidelines).

Auditions give prospective students an introduction to staff and an informal taster of our performing arts classes. Participating in a ballet and a contemporary class, an acting and a musical theatre class.

We recognise the individuality of our future students. The courses are unique to each student with some having a greater focus on acting and others on dance or musical theatre, this is factored into our audition.

Prepared Performance

Students will have the opportunity to perform a prepared performance of their choice, musical theatre, dance, acting or other. Candidates' performance should be no more than two minutes in length.

Students will attend a short personal interview.

We are happy to provide any additional support for our prospective students, please inform us in advance.
